ABOUT GARY GILBAR
Gary Gilbar has been a registered architect in California for over 35 years with extensive experience in residential and commercial design. Gilbar has been published in many national and international periodicals.
Gilbar received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Michigan and his Masters in Planning from University College London. His work included experience in offices in London, Paris and New York before settling in Los Angeles. He has served on the Architectural Commission, the Planning Commission and the Design Review Board of Beverly Hills for over fifteen years. He was instrumental in the founding of MOCA and has served as an advisor to the Los Angeles Childrens’ Museum.
